America! Oh, “how I love America”! When I think of America, I think of God’s country! I love the flag and all that it stands for! Our colors: red, white and blue! Our symbol, “the eagle” is so magnificent! The countryside is so majestic. God is so good to America! A Republic founded upon, “In God We Trust.” The great experiment is still going strong!
If you look at the “true” history of America, you will find so many strong amazing people. Men, women and children of all races that span 245 years of hard work and perseverance to make America a place that we all call home. A land that we love based on “freedom” that is so rare and precious. The home of the free because of the brave.
I love history and without a doubt, America is a country so beautiful and yet has faced lots of challenges and hardships over the course of 245 years. It’s easy to sit back and say this and that about our country today, but if you went back in time to 1776, you would tell a different story! The modern conveniences are all gone and yet to be discovered or invented. Times were tough.
As we progress back through time, if you care or dare to stop and visit other time frames; 1800’s, etc., what would you find? The differences you find as you visit other time periods is staggering! No doubt, we would all run back to 2021 or at least 2019. You don’t know how good you have it until you lose it or endure life without modern conveniences or even possibly come to experience the feeling of the loss of freedom.
You might say, “hold on” as I don’t ever want to experience the loss of freedom!! I agree totally. The thought of ever losing freedom for even just a day is inconceivable. I’m thankful and grateful for freedom. I love America and believe it has a special purpose.
